Welcome and thanks for visiting. My name is Natasha Veech, I am mom to a beautiful boy, Odin Lucious, weight-lifting addict, lover of healthy living and passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals,

Growing up I played lots of sport, but when I entered my late teens and stopped the sport, the weight piled on. I was a size 16, unhappy, unhealthy and uncomfortable. I stayed that way for a while, with my weight fluctuating, until I found out I had psoriatic arthritis at about 26 years old. I was in pain. My joints hurt, I was overweight and on lots of medication. Then I received some awesome advice from my doctor… Start lifting weights! He told me I needed to use it or loose it… So that’s exactly what I did. I started very simply with just body weight exercises, because my joints were inflamed and I was in a world of pain. Slowly I worked my way to heavier and heavier weights, became medication free, focussed on better nutrition and a healthier version of me.

Now I have competed in a body building show, had a baby, go the gym 5 days a week, finished my cert III in group training and working on my cert IV in personal training. I want motivate, inspire, and educate others on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
