Cherry Slice

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cups Natural Almonds
  • 1 Cup Shredded coconut
  • 2 Cups Frozen, pitted cherries
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut oil
  • 1/4 Cup Honey

Choc Icing

  • 1/4 Cup Cocoa powder
  • 2 Tbs Coconut oil Melted
  • 1/4 Cup Rice malt syrup

Instructions

  1. Line a square baking tray with baking paper

  2. In a food processor, combine almonds and coconut under flour consistency 

  3. Add cherries, coconut oil and honey to the processor and blitz until combined but not too smooth

  4. Pour mixture into baking pan and press down firmly

  5. Combine all icing ingredients in a bowl and pour over slice

  6. Put in the freezer to set for 4 hours, slice and store in freezer
