Oat, blueberry and banana slice…. Toddler approved!

On Sundays Odin and I like to do some baking and experimenting in the kitchen. I’m always looking for tasty snacks we can enjoy. That’s how this recipe came about.

Oat, blueberry and banana slice

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 Cups Rolled oats
  • 1 Tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1-2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Banana Mashed
  • 1 Egg
  • 3/4 Cup Blueberries
  • 1 Cup Milk or Almond milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees and line a baking pan with baking paper

  2. In a bowl, combine oats, baking powder, cinnamon 

  3. Mix in egg, milk, honey and mashed banana. Finally add blueberries. 

  4. Pour into baking pan and bake in oven for 20mins, until golden brown. 

  5. Allow to cool on cooling rack. 

Recipe Notes

This slice can be cut up and individually frozen to enjoy anytime!Ā
