Banana Oat Cookies

Don’t throw away those brown bananas! Make cookies!!

Banana oat cookie


  • 2 Overripe bananas
  • 1 1/2 Cup Rolled oats
  • 1/4 Cup Pumpkin and sunflower seed mix
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded coconut
  • 1/4 Cup Dried cranberries
  • 1 Tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Honey


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a baking tray with baking paper

  2. Mash bananas in a bowl with a fork until smooth

  3. In a separate bowl combine all other ingredients

  4. Add the bananas, combine,  and chill in the fridge for 15mins

  5. Once mixture has chilled, use a spoon and scoop spoonful's of the mixture onto baking tray

  6. Bake in the oven for 20mins, then cool on a baking tray

Recipe Notes

Biscuits are moist and can easily fall apart, ensure you dry them out properly on the cooling rack. Biscuits can be frozen.Ā
