Super food energy balls

I am always looking for good snack options that are quick to prepare, easy to make and delicious. So I have been tinkering with my ‘ball’ recipe, and I came up with these tasty little numbers. Filled with chia and flax seeds, they are packet with antioxidants, fibre and protein. I enjoy one in the evening with my cup of tea.

No bake superfood balls


  • 2 Cups Rolled oats
  • 1 Cup Shredded coconut
  • 1/2 Cup Mixed pumpkin and sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Chia seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Flax seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Dried cranberries
  • 3/4 Cup Nut butter
  • 2 Tbsp Honey


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl (I use my hands to really get everything well combined)

  2. Roll into small balls and store in a container in the fridge
