No Bake Oat Balls

I had about 10mins of free time, so I decided to whip up some oat balls to snack on later. If you checked out my Homemade Granola recipe, you will notice all of the ingredients can be used for both, expect the peanut butter.

I make these at the start of the week and take them with me to snack on during the day.

No bake oat balls

Super quick and easy, just mix, roll and enjoy!

Prep Time 10 minutes


  • 1 Cup Rolled oats
  • 1/4 Cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 Cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 Cup Sultanas
  • 1/4 Cup Puffed rice
  • 1/2 Cup Peanut butter or any nut butter
  • 1/4 Cup Honey


  1. Thoroughly mix all ingredients in a bowl

  2. Roll into balls and refrigerate for 1hr... Or eat straight away if you can't wait!

Recipe Notes

This recipe is very versatile, so if you don't like something just substitute it for something else. I often add almonds and dry cranberries, just make sure the mixture isn't too dry. It needs to be able to combine.Β
